Can I internally patch an input directly to an output within a Quantum 4848?

I'd like to patch an input directly to an output of the Quantum 4848 (ex. Optical input to Analog output).  Is this possible within Universal Control or Audio/Midi setup without having to use a DAW as an intermediate?
