2 requests regarding Tempo (BPM)

Hello,

Let me first write down my 2 requests and then I'll explain why they seem important/helpful for me and others.

1) Please bring back 3 decimal places! (Some versions ago it was possible)
2) Please make it possible to devide/multiply the BPM by / * operators

I often work with song WAV files and sometimes it is needed to reduce their speed.
(For example if there is a very fast phrase passage which I want to cover.)
This is usally done by right-click on the WAV file and Speedup (e.g. from 1.00 to 0.50)
After this I need to divide the project BPM in half.

Here I face the mentioned requests very often.
Regarding 1)
Not every song has a BPM of 100.
Some songs have a BPM like 126,85.
When you divide this by 2, you'll get a problem.
Newer S1 versions will make 63,42 out of 63,425.
(A while ago that wasn't the case -> the BPM used to have 3 decimal places!)
63,42 means the WAV file won't exactly match the MIDI tracks anymore.

Regarding 2)
This isn't as important as point 1), but it would be a nice feature.
When adding a /2 in the BPM field, S1 could simply divide the current BPM.
So it could make 126,85/2 to 63,425.
(It's possible to write it this way, but nothing will happen.)

I think since it's so easy to speedup/speeddown WAV files,
it should be easy to modify the BPM as well.

Thanks for reading and rating!
