Midi Groove Quantisization without changing/destroying velocities

For me groove quantization should also be about microtiming. It would be nice to be able to change the microtiming of a whole track without destroying crescendos etc. As I know that it is quite as handy to change a whole groove and import accents etc. duringthe process, perhaps we would need some kind of button/slider to change between both modes.

Here is a short video showing the groove quantization destroying my crescendo. After I got the whole song ready I just wanted to add some microtiming changes. With destroying all velocities I have now only two options left:

1. Drawing all mikrotimings manually in every beat

2. Groove Quantize and drawing in all velocity changes again.

Both is very time consumable :(
