So I have had Studio One Free for a while and have bought Studio One 2 but for some reason I cannot instal it as it just come up with the home page and I have no option to put in my new code or do an offline activation. What do I do?

I looked at your account and you have Studio One 2 registered.

I think that you may not know how to navigate our new my.presonus.com page to get to your software.
