So I have an Audiobox USB that I bought early-to-mid June this year with some birthday money and it worked perfectly the first time I tried it. I plugged it in, used my microphones (Shure SM-57 and a generic RadioShack mic my mother had) and it sounded great with my guitar amp, and note here: All of the recording was done using FL Studio which I've been working with for years.
Now here's the problem, after I used it for about 20-30 minutes, I got a warning flashing in the corner of my screen and when I clicked it it told me that I was low on memory and needed to close all applications that I had running. FL Studio was the only app I had running and it hadn't ever caused a problem like this before, but I didn't close it in time and my computer froze and I had to shut it down and reboot it.
This has happened numerous other times and I've been unable to get any recording done due to constant problems and it only seems to happen when I am using this interface with my computer. I decided to check and see if it was merely a compatibility issue between the Audiobox USB and FL Studio, so I tried it with Studio One, the DAW that came with the interface and it still crashed.
This is my first Audio Interface so I don't know a lot about how all these work but I'm very saddened about this whole situation.
