Hi,

I have installed the Presence XT Core Acoustic Guitars soundset and it appears as installed in the Studio One "Installation" window under the Presence XT packages.

When I add Presence XT to a track I can see the "Instrument + FX", "Nylon Guitar" and "Steel String Guitar" under the Guitar heading, and I can expand each of them to get to individual presets.

When I drag and drop any of these presets onto an instrument track I get an error that says "This package file does not match the samples." Trying to play the synth produces no sound.

I'm tried downloading the soundset file and installing it again, but get the same error.

To install the soundset file, I just double click on the file once it has downloaded.

It doesn't bring up an error message and seems to just move the soundset file to \Documents\Studio One\Sound Sets

Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks,

Rich

If you're still getting the missing samples error, try resetting Studio One.

1. Go to Help>Open Settings folder.

2. Copy the contents of the folder over to a folder on your desktop.

3. Close S1 and delete the contents of the settings folder with the exception of the user.license file.

4. Open S1 and go to Studio One>Options (Preferences on a Mac) to reconfigure your settings.

5. Test to see if the problem is resolved. If it is not, please feel free to copy your settings files back over from the backup that you created in step 2.

*If you are missing presets or Sound Sets after doing this, simply double-click one of your Sound Sets under Documents>Studio One>Sound Sets.
