Whenever I try to edit a pre-made program with presence editor I get a message saying "Program can not be edited. Would you like to create a new program?"

Stock presets cannot be edited with the Presence XT Editor due to most if not all of it being proprietary to the content creator(s).   The Presence XT Editor is primarily for creating and editing your own content, not editing factory content.
