I have downloaded the Studio One 3.0 Upgrade from the Presonus website. Even after installing the Universal Control, I cannot access my FireStudio Project Interface.  Without my FireStudio Interface, I have no input system.  How is it that I can access the FireStudio Driver with Studio One 3.0???  It seems that absolutely nothing I do will work.

Ensure that your computer is fully up to date.

Ensure you have the FireStudio connected properly to your computer.

Regardless of software and drivers, your FireStudio needs to show as a connected device in the System Report under firewire.  If it does not, you may have faulty or incorrect cables and or your FireStudio may be faulty.  Contact PreSonus Support for further assistance.

You can use this article to fully uninstall Universal Control.

Then install UC 1.7.4
