Hello, I have an 1818vsl audiobox for 3 years, and from time to time, I've been having some problems with the samplerate interface. I work with it at 48,000khz, and for a while it is locked at 44,100khz, I have not been able to change that sampling, and every time I try to change, the interface desynchronizes like my pc.
I need an urgent solution, send it to technical assistance here from Brazil (Daware), and they assert that the interface is ok, I followed the recommendations given by the wizards, to use the interface as secondary audio of windows, and I still have this problem .

Ram 8gb
Nvidia gtx650
Audiobox 1818vsl Latest Firmware
Latest Driver UC 2.2

I need a quick solution because I have several jobs to finish, if I will not be forced to change interface, because of the poor quality in the long run.

There is an issue with the formatting of your question. It's not possible to read your question fully.

The AudioBox's sample rate will synch to the sample rate set in the software that its is being used with.

If you open a new song in Studio One, go to menu Song >> Song Setup >> General and change the sample rate here. This will then be reflected in Universal Control.

If the issue persists, please create a support ticket from your my.presonus account.
