Question

I'm new to using MIDI, though I've been recording live instruments for years. I've read that Studio One Prime comes with the Presence virtual instrument pre-packaged. I am able to open Presence in Studio One, but when I do, there are no instruments available to select. Is there something else I need to do to get the instrument sounds into Studio One because they don't seem to be there right now.

I do already have my keyboard hooked up and Studio One is recognizing it as a MIDI instrument.

Prime comes with a few Sound Sets but you must download and install them.  If you log into your account at my.presonus.com and go to My Products>Software>Studio One 3, you can find them on that page.  Simply download and double-click to install.
