Try performing a Factory Reset (User Data erase) to see if it solves the issue:

This will wipe all user data including scenes and presets. However, it may correct any software issues you're seeing (like scenes not recalling).
If this does not help, please contact Technical Support via Support ticket from your account portal to do further troubleshooting.
