hi

im using a 15m USB A to USB B cable to connect my alesis DM6 to Stusio One 3 Prime.

I can get data to record but it cuts out after about 1 min 15 secs or sometimes 2 mins 15 secs or therabouts

what could be causing this? maybe the long cable?

I'm using the "all inputs" settings in the track window in studio one as the e drum kit doesn't seem to respond

Hi,

Try plugging it into another USB port and also don't use a USB hub if you are currently using one and lastly, if on Windows see the steps below to prevent your USB ports from going to sleep in device manager.
