I am fully paid up for the services I want but since the middle of September my emails have NOT gone out.
I put a new credit card number in, just in case and did a test earlier this week and the same thing. The email says it has gone out but it has not. I am one of the recipients as are some of my family. Because I have not looked at the numbers, due to touring, and have only been promoting, I have been shouting in the dark. This is not good.
Do I need to find a new email marketing provider as this is very uncool.
Please advise.
