Question

I installed Studio One on my new computer and registered the product. The USB audiobox is connected to the computer, but when I open Studio One or a project, it cannot find my audiobox. How do I fix this???

Have you installed the Universal Controller?

Also having this problem. I just downloaded the Universal Controller as  donaldbaarns  suggested, but in the notes it says,

"*NOTE: AudioBox USB is a class compliant audio interface and does not require a special driver in order to function. It works without installing any software, and it will not appear in the Universal Control device browser. It will only appear in Sound Preferences and in Audio MIDI Setup."

This seems to suggest that the UC will not have any effect.
