Question

I recently bought a new MacBook pro (with the USB C ports) but transferred my StudioOne license and kept all my same equipment as before (Audiobiox USB). However, now when I go to Studio One preferences and look for the audio interface in the drop down menu, it doesn't show up. It is not a hardware issue, as the interface can connect to my computer and get power. Somehow, my Studio One Artist 2 software doesn't recognize it, and that is what I want to answer.
