Question

Hi,

I had a score I had been working on fr weeks. Yesterday apple upgraded the iOS software and since then I cannot open that score any more. There were lyrics, chords, melody in there. I cannot open the score from my iPhone either (iCloud sync was on). I can open other scores but not the one I need!

Please help me recover that file or at least export it into PDF so I can then start from scratch but with the PDF doc in front of me

If you haven't done so already, you will want to log into your my.presonus.com account and submit a ticket from the "Support" tab.  Make sure that you attach the problematic score to that ticket and someone from PreSonus will assist in recovering it.  If you need help getting the file out of your iOS device, please look at the article below.
