I've used several DAWs throughout the years to produce music. I recently made the switch to Studio One 3 Professional. After I record midi, some of the notes go in and out during play back. For example, as I am creating a beat, I will play it back and everything will sound just fine. As I continue to add sounds, I will continue to play the beat loop, but some of the recorded sounds "miss" (don't play at all). Its like the sounds cut in and out. Sometimes it plays just fine. Other times it won't play some of the notes in various midi tracks. I've never had this problem with any other program. I have a MacBook Pro Mid 2012 running macOS Sierra version 10.12.6. I'm using the AudioBox iTwo as my interface, the Komplete Kontrol Mk2 for a midi controller and a faderport.
