I set up the configuration of the "Music Creation Suite" right out of the box. Everything worked except the keyboard. I downloaded all the software, I connected the components as shown in the manual. In the manual it states that there is no setup required for a PS49 MIDI keyboard. It says make sure your PS49 is connected to your computer before launching StudioOne Artist. It may be that the keyboard was not connected at the time the program was launched, but I believe it was. Even so, StudioOne states that the keyboard is not connected. I have tried all the things that the program suggests that I know of. I have unplugged the keyboard, done a factory reset, etc.
