Not sure what you mean by "blue" Fat Channel

I don't understand what you mean by the "blue" fat channel. If that is a reference to the studiolive mixers, I don't have one. I have tried to drag the fat channel from the browser directly onto a channel, and have also clicked the + on the insert on the channel and added fat channel that way, and I can still only see 5 compressors and 5 eqs. It seems to me, that when I activate my purchased items, when that's done, the window should change and say something like your items are now activated. Instead, I see the blue loading bar fill up for each compressor and eq I don't have, and when the bar reaches full, it flickers and on to the next one. When they are all complete, nothing happens, the window doesn't change. I can click the activate button several times with the same result. I wonder if something on my computer is messing with studio one. I am using a macbook pro laptop, runnng mojave 10.14.6, I use a steinberg ur44 interface, and a 2tb external harddrive which studio one 4 and eveything in it is stored (except for my presets which are saved on my computers harddrive). I was wondering about uninstalling studio one 4 and reinstalling it, but I am afraid that may use up another of my activations. Any advice on this would be appreciated.

I've been following your posts.

The situation is exactly the same with me.

I have Studio One professional too (and no Presonus mixer).

In my 'activate purchases' window, the fat channel collection vol 1 are all there and all seem to activate one by one.

However, non of them subsequently appear in the fat channel plug-in: just the regular 5 comps and 5 eqs i.e. the 3 & 3 that come with fat channel and the 2 & 2 free ones from Presonus.

To be honest, I've always thought it was just some sort of glitch or mistake on the part of Presonus because, for one, I have never purchased the collection vol1 and second, the purchase does not appear in my Presonus account: it's just in Studio One itself where it says activate purchases.

It'd be real nice if someone could explain what's going on here.
