I thought a factory reset would be the easiest way to get going again

I did read about providing specifics, but it seemed easier to just start from scratch rather than try to resolve all the issues like this. Anyway, besides my original delay/echo issue, now two of my major problems are:

When I try to record a track it appears to be recording but there is no playback.

As the cursor moves across the timeline it's action is not smooth. It bounces back and forth as it goes across.

I am using a Windows 7, 64 bit system. The application is an Audiobox USB Presonus Studio 3 I Is there anything else I can provide you to help resolve? Thanks.

No real way to factory reset. There are no settings stored in the device.


Questions about specifics are how we can assist with questions like this. There are many things that can go wonky. The more details, the more helpful we can be.


I think at this point you should create a support ticket to get this taken care of.
