Question

after unboxing my studio 192 mobile, i plug it into my desktop pc running win 8.1 pro x64.

5 minutes after firmaware up to date the UC says that the firmware is invalid.

the UC take many time to display the setting et the UC does not interact with the hardware. (i have ticket already opened for that)

my question is: is there any way to reset the hardware to get back to the original firmaware?

Ensure your computer is fully up to date with Windows Updates and with any updates for your specific model computer.  Check the vendor website for your computer.

Ensure you have installed the current version of Universal Control.

If you have everything up to date and your Studio 192 still says invalid firmware, you may have a faulty 192.  You should contact your retail outlet and or the Distributor in your region for further assistance.
