How do I let my recorded guitar part play ONLY over headphones, and mute the monitors?

I've got a AudioBox iTwo and Studio One. After recording my guitar part, I want to record vocals, but I don't know how I can get the guitar part to ONLY play over my headphones, so that the microphone doesn't pick up the sound from the monitor. Thanks!

I've figured out that the big volume button on the Audiobox is for monitor only. Merry christmas everyone :)
