Studio One artist only comes with a trial version of Melodyne. So there is no way with stock plugins to change the pitch effectively. Consider upgrading to Studio One Professional (it is bundled with Melodyne Essential). You also get a lot of other great stuff (Scratch Pad, nice plugins, Mix FX). If you bought the 3rd party VST plugin support you can also look for the GSnap plugin which can help autocorrecting vocals. It's not really good but it's free. Melodyne with the ARA integration is a way, way better tool.
