Yes, have new keyboard added,and still no midi out availiable,,nearly giving up on this,,,,sorry
related to an answer for: Using a 1818 vsl,dx 21,roland.sc155 all setting in program set to audio box midi in and out, no midi signal coming out.

At work right now, so it would have to wait. However if you go in to the external device configuration, select the device in question, it comes up there.

 

Then, when you are back in the song, make sure that device is selected for the instrument/sounds you are using. When you drag an instrument to a new track, it will automatically select the device listed as default for control. You should be able to select devices from the VSTi header when open.
