Is the USB slot on the back of the iTwo Interface input and output

Can you connect a USB keyboard or V-Drums to the USB slot on the rear of the unit to record like you would a guitar jack to the front. Forgive me if this is a stupid question as im just starting out with trying to make music.

By this I mean connect to the Device slot not the USB port that connects to the computer, or is an MFi Device slot different to a USB slot.
