Question

I have bought the complete soundset for Notion on my iPad. Do I need to buy the complete soundset for Notion on my PC? Or, is there a way to get the complete soundset from iPad to PC?

The Expansion Sounds that are available for purchase in the Notion for iOS app are non-transferable.  If you wish to have the same Expansion Sounds for Notion 5 (desktop), you will have to buy them as well.  The Expansion Sounds for the desktop version of Notion have more layers of sound and are not the same sounds that the Notion for iOS app uses.  The Expansion Sounds for the desktop version can be purchased in the PreSonus store here.  shop.presonus.com
