Studio 192 mobile in Universal Control CAN NOT make effects go into post send pick up on computer DAW through USB.

So i have my reverb and delay selected and enabled with proper levels set, i can pick everything up through my headphones but even after selecting post-send for microphone 1 it is still unable to pick up through my DAW. or any other device using my microphone.

What DAW are you using?  If not Studio One then I would recommend that you set the Universal Control Mixer to it's "Bypass" state and use the effects provided by your DAW.
