registering problem

hi,

i try to register my product with the serial number and it respond invalid serial number!!!!

WHY???

Two possible reasons.
1) The product is so old that the serial number pre-dates our registration system.
2) The product if purchased used is registered to someone else, you must contact the previous owner to have them un-register it, and if you can't do that then you have to file a support ticket as mentioned below
