First make sure the power adapter cable is firmly plugged into the back of the unit. Frequent moving of the speaker may have allowed the power cable to work itself out. Seems obvious we know, but always good to check this first.
Second, the Ceres speakers have a power saving feature where if the volume is off or is very low the amplifier will go into a sleep mode. You'll need to send it a signal that is enough to wake up the amplifier, you'll see the power light go from red to blue when the amplifier is active.
If you have no power light (red or blue), check the fuse to see if is still good. If not, you can replace it and if the fuse fails again then there may be an issue that would require them to be sent in for repair. If the fuse is still intact then the issue may be with the power supply, and yes you'd need to send it in for repair.
