Couple of ways, you could:

- set up a linked sequencer staff to your main instrument staff (see 9.11 in the User Guide). You can then record CC data to the sequencer staff, which will then send out to WordBuilder on whatever channel you specify in the 'Change Instrument dialog'
- set up a Rule, to trigger CC20 at 127 to correspond to a custom articulation or musical articulation - see using the Rules Editor (see 9.13)
