Logic Pro X has a very nice feature were you can easily produce for example Trap hi hats. It is called Note Repeat:
The video explains it much better then I could with words here. It is not the exact same as the Note Repeat function in Studio One, it is far more sophisticated where you can use the mod wheel to switch between note values.
