Question

I'm unable to use any outboard sound modules, including my E-MU Proteus 2000 and Alesis Nanosynth. Studio One 4 apparently has no provision for sending bank/patch commands to them through a MIDI interface. Vague Software's Selector came up on a web search as a workaround; I tried it, but it's too buggy to be usable. Please eliminate the middleware and import Cakewalk instrument definition (ins) files directly so that bank/patch settings can be set from a pulldown menu on a MIDI instrument track.
