It would me great feature to add time code and automation features in the UC Surcace interface, to be able to use the StudioLive Hardware’s power as a studio mixer, by applying the “old-fashioned” “tape return” workflow. Also, it would be very appreciated if you add more FireWire Return “virtual” channels for this purpose. Look, for example, MOTU’s latest interfaces, feature internal hardware DSP mixer allowing 48 channels, no matter how many physical inputs they have. By adding virtual FireWire return channels to the UC Surface you would drastically increase its mixing capabilities, allowing “returning” from a DAW more aux busses, virtual instrument busses and so on.
And please, fix the bug: scene memories do not recall the Phantom Power on the channels (I always have to manually change them scene from scene).
