Hey all, hopefully you can help me with this issue.

I had a project that suddenly would not open and would crash S14 every time. I thought it might be a plugin that was causing the issue so I renamed my 'components', 'VST' and 'VST3' directories in the hopes I could troubleshoot the faulty plugin. S1 obviously did not find any plugins the next time and the project opened fine (just with no effects etc..). I then renamed the directories back to their original names and now S1 is not re-scanning my Audio Units! The VST/VST3 plugin come back fine. I have tried resetting the blacklist and rescanning multiple times. I even added the components folder to the list of VST directories in the hopes it would fix itself.

I am running Studio One V4.0.1.48247 (latest at the moment) on a MacBook Pro mid-2015 (top-spec) with MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6.

Please Help!

try to reboot.

High Sierra (and Mojave beta) are known to require reboot until your new AU units are visible, this is not DAW-specific.
