Hi, i'on vacation and for the FIRST time i tried to use my S1 PRO (V4) full licensed copy with my laptop's internal audio card ... I normally use it with Universal Audio Apollo Twin USB 3.0 but as i already wrote i'm on vacation and i have only the laptop with me ...  I tried every kinf of configuration (exclusive mode on / off) BUt i just can0t get any sound from S1 ... All the other applications and video clips or audio files from the Web work properly with Windows internal audio card ... ONly S1 fail to work, although the leds of rhe master bus of the mixer show the sound flowing out !!!   My computer is Asus N752VX - INtel quadcore i7-6700 HQ - RAM 16 GB DDR4 and the OS is Windows 10 64 bit ...Please, can You give me some suggestions in order to make S1 work with internal audio card =? Thank You in advance

Best Regards

Go to Options > Audio Setup > Audio Device and set the device to Windows Audio.  Also, click the Control Panel button on that screen and uncheck the Exclusive Mode option there.  You’ll know it the device is “online” and ok to use if it’s text is not italic there.

Similarly, go to Windows Control Panel > Sound > Playback, select the playback device and click Properties > Advanced and uncheck Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device.  Also be sure that the sample rate in Studio One (Song Setup > Sample Rate) is the same as the audio device sample rate in Windows Control Panel.

If that doesn't work try using ASIO4ALL as the driver instead of Windows Audio.   http://asio4all.com  We don't support that driver for purposes of setup or troubleshooting but it may solve your issue.
