is there a "cloud" in place to use to have all songs on another computer without exporting or download on a drive?

one computer is 60 miles away, this way the other party and I can work together and listen without traveling or exporting to email for example.

WINDOWS, STUDIO ONE 4 64 BIT.

Not currently, no.  You can use any cloud service however, Dropbox, etc.
