On the back panel is a button to change between the different DSP Settings, the first 3 should function for what you have it setup as. The fourth choice is "User (Hold)". If it is on User, hold down the button so it goes back to the first preset.
If it is on User Mode and you don't hear anything, most likely the output slider for volume is set too low and will need to be adjusted. User mode is controlled through SL Room Control (available from your registered my.presonus.com account), in the application is a slider for the volume level output.
