I'm using the UMC404HD interface to do Studio One 4 Professional. For some reason or other, it just will not recognize any notes coming from my Yamaha DTXPLORER electric Drumset. Output from midi drumset to input of the interface. I've done the whole setting up external device and clicking New Instrument and selecting the input as UMC404HD. It just will not recognize notes. I've tried using Impact as well as Addictive Drums 2. I also have Acoustica Mixcraft on my computer so I know that the interface midi does actually work because the drums work in Mixcraft through that midi.
How do I get this to work ? I feel like I just spent $299 for absolutely nothing if this doesn't work.
