Can’t setup Earmix16M on aStudioLive 16R as a stand alone

Trying to setup Earmix 16M on a Studiolive 16R. Universal Control does not see the Earmix. Laptop going USB into 16R.

Please ensure that your 16R is running firmware v1.9 and that the EarMix is connected to the audio networking port on the mixer.

Then on the mixer press,

Home > Audio Routing > EarMix Setup and the EarMix will appear here for you to set up.
