Can I bypass preamplifiers on Presonus Quantum using a XLR connector for line level inputs on the rear panel?

Assuming that I am using a patch rack panel equipped with combo XLR/TRS (INS) and the connections (OUTS) are all male XLR going to the Quantum input.

No, a TRS cable must be used to activate the line input.
