Church purchased a StudioLive Series III Mixer 32 channel in September. Yesterday while I was working on channel naming, Aux routing, etc, I was assigning channels to various DCA's I'll need. When DCA not in traditional mode and moving DCA 1 fader, it will move the assigned channel faders correctly when I move the master DCA fader down (reducing volume). If I increase volume on the DCA 1 fader, the assigned channel faders will skip in about quarter inch increments up the board to match levels and not in a smooth motion. This is only happening on faders 1 thru 12. Is this a calibration issue that can be fixed or worse a replacement or repair required? Thanks in advance.
