How do i re-activate studio one after a PC malfunction?

My PC needed to be repaired. all the files are still accessible. I need to re-activate Studio One. When I entered the product key and my login info the activation was denied. Am I doing this correctly?

Webbrowser - Your Account - Software - Studio One: Manage your activations [5 activations are available] Download Studio One again if needed.
