Question

I have problems with soundsets choking my download speed (numerous tech support calls, two visits, numerous tests AND a new router...DSL in s fine). How do I find them on the site to download and install.

A Mickey Mouse-ish from start to finish explanation of where to go and what to do would be EXTREMELY appreciated.
