My Studio 192 interface powers up with the phantom power turned on, but the blue phantom power indicators on the front panel are not lit. I have to toggle the phantom power on, then off for each channel in order to turn it off. The interface controls in UC and Studio One 3 also show phantom power not being on, when it actually is.
