Problem: A ruleset typically has many rules and when editing it I spent most of my time scrolling.
Solution: Allow grouping of rules inside an accordion. Each group has a title. This feature does not change the semantics of ordering rules and its playback. There is no need for a hierarchy of groups -- a single level is fine.
