Just trying to understand if there is a quick way to know if I have sounds missing in my instruments or loop content that are available?

In Studio One menu goto "Studio One/Studio One Installation...". Here you can check the status column of your installed folders.

You can force a re-installation or check for updates of your add-on extensions from the menu "Studio One/Studio One Extensions...".
