Question

with notion 6 on a windows 10 asus laptop:

i want a crescendo to appear where there appears to be a glitch - a diminuendo always plays during the playback over the same four measures and no matter what i try i cant get rid of it. i tried playing with the dynamics and making the first note a pianissimo note but it plays loudly no matter what note i put in ... when i erased the four measures and played back i heard nothing - but any notes i input into those four measures have a diminuendo that i cant see and nor can get rid of.

the same exact four measure part plays also in the beginning but is fine there with a crescendo from piano to forte over the two measures. that one plays the way i want it to and according to the notation. is there something corrupt about those measures? they used to play fine but i copy pasted a lot so maybe something happened there?

A quick thing to check would be to go to View>View Hidden Items, just in case something has accidentally got hidden.
