I would like to know how can i add a voice track in which i can sing and then edit it with autotune.

Track > Add Audio Track (mono). Make sure you select the proper input channel/recording device.

Then record. Once you're done, drag the Autotune plug-in from the Browser onto you channel's mixer track.
