How can i download and add the 'Autotune plug-in' onto my channel's mixer track?

hello, if yout are talking about melodyne tool, it is not working as a plugin but as a audio function for the events on track. So you can access it in the right click menu ("edit with melodyne" (not sure of the words, i'm not in front of it right now).
