Connect Studio 192 to Thunderbolt

Hello everybody,

i want buy a new MacBook and since there only having thunderbolt ports now, i was wondering if can still connect my studio 192 usb interface to it?

If yes, what kind of connector do i need?

You can plug USB type C devices in to a thunderbolt port, but not the other way around. Thunderbolt ports will also work with other USB types but only via adapters etc. The 192 is USB3, but having previously owned one they can be rather pernickety with USB3 ports, particularly when carrying out firmware updates (I used to have to plug it in to a USB2 port to get it to work). Mine used to operate fine in all other circumstances in a USB3 port. I recommend you go here as a start:
